Great customer service! What else can I say except this is my first review I've ever done the service was spot on and I would hire the person on the other end! Nick was a sensation with keeping in touch with a problem in hand and sorting it out within the morning. I had the issue resolved within 24hours! He went out of his way to deal with it in a professional great manner. Running a business I understand the meaning of having such a staff member as Nick on board and he would be a great asset to any team. Great work! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks a lot again!

We have 2 of these machines in different locations. They are easy to set up and paper format changes are really easy, from roll to multi-tray. Also changing the roll or ink cartridge is simple too. Great quality printing which we need for our business. I would recommend this product and Prizma Graphics who know what they are talking about!

This website is simplicity itself. I registered, ordered goods at 12.50 on a Wednesday and the goods were delivered at 10.15 Thursday in Cornwall. Excellent service thank you.

Totally impressed with the service and price from Prizma Graphics. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with; went the extra mile. Delivery and follow-up service was perfect. The Canon Pro-1000 print quality matches the larger freestanding printers in the range. This desktop printer is ideal for producing A2 Fine Art Prints. Set-up was logical, user-friendly, and straight forward. Quality of parts is very good. Shipped with a full set of inks. Set-up took half the ink from the carts is normal. Ink consumption was good during printing. An automatic ink agitation cycle runs every 55 hours. Print a couple of sheets every couple of days to reduce ink consumption. Full-colour A2 print takes about 7mins at max resolution.

Prizma Graphics went above and beyond to aid me when my Canon IPF670 printer sadly died, I was under allot of pressure due to having hundreds of orders awaiting dispatch and quite frankly if I could not deliver on time that could be the end of my business, thankfully Prizma were able to arrange a next day delivery of the Canon TM 200. Having used the Canon TM 200 for a week now I have to say it's a brilliant printer, it's faster than my predecessor the Canon IPF670 and the ink creates a far more vivid and long-lasting print, I also had the Canon Pro 2100 which is a significantly more expensive printer yet IMO I prefer the TM 200, it's faster to print, easier to use and eats less ink, the prints are literally dry to the touch nearly immediately which I found a real issue with the Canon Pro 2100. Overall all around 5* star from me, for the price point the Canon TM 200 will make beautiful prints of both photos/ artwork and Prizmas service was 2nd to none.
