Orders to UK mainland
Delivery to UK mainland, excluding Highlands is within the prices stated.
Orders outside UK Mainland
We are happy to accept orders for delivery outside the UK mainland. However a additional delivery will be charged . Please call us on 01296 393700 and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.
Delivery times:
Where we have products in stock and the order is received by 2.30pm they will be shipped on a next day carrier and we aim to deliver all goods in 3 – 5 working days. If they need to be sent on a pallet we aim to deliver in 5 – 7 working days.
If you require something urgently for a special date, please phone and we will do our best to deliver in time although additional delivery costs may be incurred
Catalogue and Pricing
Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. Where necessary we may substitute a product due to stock availability but we will always try to check with you first.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. Online purchases require payment at time of checkout- through Protx secure payment gateway by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards or PayPal. Credit cards will automatically debited at time of order. If you would prefer to pay by Bacs transfer or cheque please fill in our contact form or call 01296 393700 to place your order.
VAT
All items include VAT at the current rate. A VAT invoice will be emailed , posted separately, or sent with your order.

Cancellation
You may cancel you order within 7 days of us receiving your order. If the order has already been despatched you may return the goods.* Please send an email as soon as possible to info@prizmagraphics.co.uk quoting your Prizma Graphics Order Number and your reason for cancelling. Make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading. Alternatively, call 01296 393700.
*Please note: you cannot cancel an order if your goods have already been despatched. Simply return the unwanted items in accordance with Returns policy.
Damaged goods
We try at all times to satisfy our customer so please inspect all items immediately on receipt. In the event of goods damaged in transit, please note this damage on the carriers delivery note. we will refund you in full or replace the item and refund your incurred postage costs.
Returns policy:
Please call first for a returns authorization number. We will accept returns of goods which are not faulty and which are surplus to requirements within 7 days provided they are returned in good condition at the customer’s expense. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re- saleable condition in their original packaging. Sorry but personalized goods and special orders are non-returnable. We will refund the value of the goods less the cost of shipping and a handling charge of 20%.
Liability
Prizma Graphics under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. Prizma Graphics`s liability will be restricted to the value of goods returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.
General
The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The information we collect will only be used by Prizma Graphics. Every time we email you we will give you the chance to refuse any such emails in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
