Our Matt Bright White Cotton Polyester Inkjet Canvas in a medium weight 350gsm is a versatile canvas with a special matt coating that will allow you to create vibrant inkjet prints with brilliant colours. The blend of polyester with cotton makes this canvas much easier to stretch over a frame than a heavyweight 100% cotton canvas without cracking. 

We recommend this canvas for producing photographic and contemporary artwork and indoor banners but the slightly textured surface means that you can also use this canvas for the reproduction of fine art paintings. The bright, high white coating provides good colour contrast. For longer lasting canvas artwork with reduced fading, we recommend you use a pigment inkjet printer . The beauty of pigment inks is that they are waterproof and more resistant to UV light which causes colour deterioration and fading.

For additional protection of your artwork, this canvas can be laminated using pressure sensitive or warm lamination. A wait time of about 3 hours is recommended before laminating.  To mount onto a board, encapsulating an edge of 5 - 6 mm around the print is recommended to prevent against moisture which can cause paper splitting because of the tension of the laminate.
